On-line Intro to Coaching

CAM developed this web-based course to help Christian leaders experience coaching and discover ways to use it in their life and ministry.

The 6-8 hour course provides an introduction to the skills for coaching and for some models used to give structure to a coaching conversation.

This course will also help you discern whether coaching fits with your leadership style.
